During the month of March I’ve been loving…
1- Tarte Amazonian Clay Matte Tartelette Palette – I have been using this palette ever since I bought it. It’s been my go-to palette for a simple everyday look, but I’ve also been experimenting with the purple and mauve shades for a soft cut crease. I noticed that I don’t have a full matte palette, and that’s what drew me to purchase this one.
As you can see in the swatches, the colors are really pigmented. However, the lighter shades (Free Spirit, Caregiver, Super Mom) need to be packed on a few layers to get them to be as vibrant as how it looks in the palette.
2- Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution Lipstick in Bond Girl – I’m really impressed with Charlotte Tilbury’s matte lipsticks. It’s so rare to find a matte lipstick that doesn’t dry out the lips, but fortunately, this lipstick is creamy yet still matte. I can’t stand it when lipsticks dry out my lips because it just becomes uncomfortable. I love the formula of the matte range and this color is stunning. It has been my go-to lipstick for day and night.
3- Glam Glow Youth Mud Tingle Exfoliate Treatment – I’ve used this mask a few years ago but I don’t know why I never repurchased it. I started using it again recently and really love how it makes my skin look. It has an exfoliating effect when you wash your face after keeping the mask on for at least ten to fifteen minutes. It does feel a little tingly and might irritate sensitive skin. I recommend it for normal to oily skin types.
Stay tuned for my April favorites!
