Squat Challenge

Have you ever heard of the Squat Challenge? There are variations of this workout but it basically is a challenge of exercising a number of squats daily for a month. For example, you might have to start with 50 or 50 squats on the first day and as days pass by the number of squats will increase. My colleagues and I were discussing it yesterday and we decided to challenge ourselves during the month of November. I was a bit hesitant due to my busy schedule, but my colleagues finally convinced me.
The Squat Challenge That I’m Following:
Day 1: 60 squats
Day 2: 80 squats
Day 3: Rest
Day 4: 80 squats
Day 5: 100 squats
Day 6: 80 squats
Day 7: Rest
Day 8: 100 squats
Day 9: 120 squats
Day 10: 120 squats
Day 11: Rest
Day 12: 140 squats
Day 13: 140 squats
Day 14: 150 squats
Day 15: Rest
Day 16: 160 squats
Day 17: 170 squats
Day 18: 200 squats
Day 19: Rest
Day 20: 180 squats
Day 21: 200 squats
Day 22: 220 squats
Day 23: Rest
Day 24: 230 squats
Day 25: 240 squats
Day 26: 260 squats
Day 27: Rest
Day 28: 250 squats
Day 29: 280 squats
Day 30: 300 squats
